Missy Neena tagged me for idiosyncracies...moi. Can you imagine? ahem. so. I suppose I do have 'my ways about me' as my stepfather, Jim used to say.
1) Am sooo late to the neat and orderly game (my mother and various former roommates can vouch for this) but I do like the bed made up and the bathroom just so with the towels, etc.
2) Big one is that I will absolutely fucking go straight to raving maniac if my possessions, furniture, etc. are rearranged in my absence. Homicidal rage is a pale echo compared to this. Trust me. However, if I am there it matters not one whit. You could redesign my entire house, tear it down and rebuild it, no problem if I'm there while you do it. Mothers? pay attention, this is what happens if you over control your kids...
3) I eat one thing at a time on my plate. Apparently I did this even as an infant. My mother says that if she mixed up two baby foods I'd spit them out. One at at time, fine. Two or more? not happening. Have no idea why.
4) I absolutely must have knitting with me at all times. I, don't see this as an idiosyncracy but the Boy evidently does. To whit, the constant weekend question: Do you HAVE to bring your knitting? I personally think he says it just because he thinks I'm cute when I roll my eyes. heh.
5) Update my office voice mail daily with today's date and my whereabouts. I despise voicemail but especially despise having to call someone twice to find out if there's any chance they'll receive my message before Mt. St. Helen's erupts again. Could give a flying fuck about my home voice mail since anyone who really knows me calls me on my cell phone.
Um. I suppose it's no accident that if you parse 'meme' it's ME-ME... Blame Neena.
Grrl, are you weird...in a good way;-)
And that's why I just can't make myself do the meme...sister or no. I can only think of one weird thing about me...I don't like green;-)))))
